Return Policy

At REVENTANDO EL GLOBO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, and you may need to return an item. Our return policy is designed to be fair and straightforward. Please read the following carefully.

Eligibility for Returns:

Most items purchased from REVENTANDO EL GLOBO are eligible for return within 30 days of the original delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in Original Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Resalable Condition: The item must be in a condition that allows us to resell it as new.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must have a valid order number or proof of purchase from Gallosymas.com.

 

Exceptions to the Return Policy:

While we strive to accommodate returns whenever possible, the following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or were shipped in error:

  • Perishable Goods: This includes but is not limited to opened bags of feed, supplements, and certain health products due to hygiene and quality control reasons.

  • Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Items that have been specifically customized or personalized for you cannot be returned unless they are defective or we made an error in the customization.

  • Opened Health and Hygiene Products: For the safety and well-being of all animals, opened health and hygiene products (e.g., certain medications, grooming supplies) cannot be returned unless they are defective.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Our Customer Support: Within 30 days of receiving your order, please contact our customer support team via:

 

Please provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Receive Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if your return is eligible, will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).

 

Package Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) you are returning to prevent damage during transit. Please include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Clearly write your assigned RA number on the outside of the package.

 

Ship Your Return: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining proof of postage as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

 

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the conditions outlined in our Return Policy, we will process your refund.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund Timeframe: Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your returned item(s) for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part. In such cases, we will also cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

 

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item following the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item on REVENTANDO EL GLOBO.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
